At Uptown, we carefully curated a unique concept perfect for hosting a variety of social events. We take pleasure in assisting you in organizing memorable events, be it a bridal shower, birthday celebration, corporate event, or farewell gathering. Let’s make your event exceptional.

Our Party Policy:

  1. Kindly provide the event date and time well in advance to secure your reservation.

  2. With our 16 pedicure stations and 12 manicure stations, we can host up to 28 guests. For bookings larger than this, we can split the booking into two sessions if necessary.

  3. Please inform us of the number of guests, guest names, and their desired services to estimate the duration of your event. This can be provided via phone or email.

  4. You will be required to provide a valid credit card to confirm the booking. In the event the group/some guests are unable to attend, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation/no-show charge ($25/guest). Please note that groups of 3 or more will require a credit card on file.

  5. We allocate dedicated time with each technician to ensure personal attention for your party. Late arrivals may result in shortened services.

  6. Arriving 15 minutes early is appreciated.

  7. We are licensed to serve alcoholic beverages and can be purchased on the day of your event. Please do not supply your own alcoholic beverages and consume them in the salon. Beverage Menu

  8. You are welcome to bring snacks, kindly inform us beforehand. We do not provide tableware. We are not a peanut-free facility.

  9. If you would like to bring some decorations, kindly inform us beforehand.

  10. Please note that the salon is not liable for any injuries that may occur.

  11. Inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  12. Our technicians greatly appreciate your gratuity as it supplements their income. Please tip accordingly.
